Shot In West Garfield Park

Shot In West Garfield Park

Off The Street Club is Chicago’s oldest Boy’s & Girls’s Club that resides in one of the city’s most dangerous neighborhoods, with a crime rate that’s 426% higher than the national average. We set out to shatter the statistics and redefine what it means to be ‘Shot in West Garfield Park’ through the lens of art and photography.

‘SHOT IN’ PHOTO GALLERY

We worked with noted photographer, Sandro Miller, to host photography workshops with the kids and curated a gallery that mixed Sandro’s professional portraitures with shots from the kids. All proceeds of photos sold went directly to the club.

The campaign raised over $400k for the club, picked up a shortlist in The One Show and was honored in the International Photo Awards winning First Place in Social Cause.
